Any work performed outside of our trade at the Customer’s request will be billed at an additional rate for labor, materials, and time.

Estimates are based on initial inspection and provided details. Pricing may change if additional issues, hidden conditions, or code violations are discovered.

Additional work requires Customer approval and will be billed accordingly.

3. Change Orders

All changes to the original scope must be approved in writing (including email or text) and are due immediately upon authorization.

4. Project Readiness and Trip Charges

Customer must notify Knotts Plumbing LLC when the project is ready for the scheduled phase.
